Description

"Kind of wine" is a delicious dry sparkling rosé made from 100% Lambrusco Marani grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region. Its deep pink color and persistent, delicate mousse blend perfectly with its floral and fresh red fruit aromas.

On the palate it is fresh, savory and with excellent acidity, making it the ideal companion for traditional Reggio Emilia dishes such as fresh and stuffed pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and cured meats, as well as with fish dishes.

Excellent as an aperitif, "Kind of wine" was produced through a careful winemaking process that includes crushing and skin contact for 12 hours, soft pressing and 1st and 2nd fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel, with bottle aging for 12 months.

It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 10/12°C to fully appreciate its refreshing character and liveliness.
